Min Balaam has made it clear that no public servant is going to take advantage of Ugandans especially those that are low earners and depend on government.
He said he doesn’t understand why a doctor would want money from a patient yet they are paid really well and even some get allowances from government.
He also opened up about schools saying that government schools are free and any head teacher asking for money he will deal with them accordingly.
