The girl that was in the middle of the death of the legendary Afrigo band musician Moses Matovu known as Rose Tumusiime was acquitted and released from prison.
DPP Lino Anguzu says Rose Tusiime will assist in the Moses Matovu case rather than face charges.
The clarification comes as suspect Arnold Nsamba remains on remand until 3rd, November, 2026.
