The famous online transporting company known as Uber has officially left Uganda for good to focus on other countries that will do well.
According to the statement released on social media, Uber started its operations in 2016 in Uganda. They have actually been doing so well and their company name has been known by all the people.
Unfortunately it seems like internally they haven’t been doing that well to the point where they thought it’s time to close the business.
What surprised their customers is how quick they closed down in a very short notice without letting them look for the other option.
According to the statement that was released on social media, Uber said that they are going to keep responding to their customers until the end of this month.
