High Blood Pressure has become a constant problem these days among the young people leaving some of them unable to live their life to the fullest like they should do.

This disease was associated to older people years ago but now it has totally changed and shifted to the young people even more.

According to a few doctors in Uganda the habits and the ways the young people live has affected them so much and it’s better for them to change before things get worse.

Drug use is one of the habits that increase high blood pressure among the young people. Most of the young people see taking drugs as a good thing and even some enjoy it to the fullest while with their friends. They tend to forget that there are long term effects like high blood pressure.

Excessive alcohol consumption which is also another common habit among the young people that they seem not to see the long term effect. At the moment they look at it as enjoying life and having some fans but in the end they pay a high price for it with the diseases high blood pressure.
