This day is an ways the last Saturday of the month and ever since it got enforced, Ugandans welcomed it and they have been doing all they can to make it work.

According to the prime minister Robina Nabbanja, every Ugandan deserves to stay in a very clean environment although some people make it hard for others.

She said that it is everyone’s right to clean and she can’t believe that some people take it as s holiday not to clean rather to sleep and have time off work.

“I would like to thank Ugandans who are always willing to clean the country because not everyone is on the same page. Some people take this day as a holiday and time off yet they are supposed to show up and clean,”
