Singer Mulwana Patrick famously known as Alien Skin was left with head injuries in Iganga attack that happened yesterday night.
He had gone to perform for his fans but things didn’t go as expected since every musician is always expecting the best vibes from fans.
Alien Skin is known as a violent artiste that moves with his gang members while going to perform. Most fans have complained about them but they always deny it claiming that all they do is keep law and order.
However over this weekend, the fans didn’t wait for the gang to attack them. They instead were the ones that attacked the gang and Alien Skin faced the consequences.
According to the video making rounds on social media, the singer is actually the one that got head injuries. He was filmed in the hospital getting stitches.
Even his cars were vandalised by the attackers to the point where they couldn’t drive it any more.

The people that attacked them haven’t been revealed by the police but there is a rumour that they are angry fans who don’t believe in what they are doing.
Alien Skin hasn’t made any statement but he isn’t doing well according to the video. His gang members are however okay.
