Africa is a home of many people and clearly it has so many foods. What makes the food better are what they use to cook and we know Africa’s best food ingredients.
Different African countries have different types of foods but they always have something in common which is the ingredients they normally use.
Most of the African countries use organic ingredients in their foods as they are farmers and don’t mind about the processed ones that are imported in the country and actually are even more expensive.
Although non African enjoy the food, they don’t know what is used to cook them and we are here to give them answers.

Organic tomatoes are one of the ingredients used in African foods. Almost every house gold adds red tomatoes in their foods whether they are frying them or just cooking them boil without any oils in it.
Onions are also a major ingredient used in African foods. The common ones are red onions and for the fact that they are not processed, frozen and cheap, it is easier for them to be accessed by anyone.
Spices that are used are not very strong but still in African households they are used in almost every food. They are also not expensive and they are also not that strong which is really nice.

To make the food even more interesting, Africans also use peppers and chillies in their foods. However it is not very common to find food that has chillies they just have an option of adding it or not in personal foods.
